<p>The present invention relates to a flexible spline for a harmonic reducer and a manufacturing apparatus thereof, which can transmit a large torque by improving a tooth form structure of a flexible spline, that is, a main part of a harmonic reducer and a manufacturing apparatus thereof so that the tooth form unit of the flexible spline and a tooth form unit of a circular spline can be geared to each other with a maximum contact area, and can prevent a ratcheting effect due to twisting of the flexible spline. The manufacturing apparatus diagonally forms the tooth form unit of the flexible spline comprising the harmonic reducer and, in turn, forms the height to become higher toward a boss unit so that the tooth form unit can be geared by maintaining in parallel with the tooth form unit of the circular spline in the major axis direction. In addition, the manufacturing apparatus considers that the tooth form unit declines in proportion to the expanding amount of the tooth form unit outward from the major axis. Therefore, the manufacturing apparatus assembles a wave generator used for the flexible spline in the inside of the tooth form unit and then machines the tooth form unit in the major axis so that the tooth form unit can be geared to the tooth form unit of the circular spline in the major axis while maintaining parallel, thereby enlarging the gearing area.</p> |
