BENCH FLUME CONCRETE COMPOSITION UNNECESSARY FOR STEAM AGING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BENCH FLUME USING THE SAME

The present invention discloses a concrete composition for a bench plume pipe not requiring a steam curing process and a method for manufacturing the bench plume pipe using the composition. According to the present invention, the bench plume pipe manufacturing method includes the steps of: (a) preparing a concrete composition; (b) pouring the concrete composition into a bench plume pipe mold installed with the reinforced concrete; (c) curing the concrete composition poured onto the bench plume pipe mold; and (d) demolding the bench plume pipe mold after curing the concrete composition is completed. The concrete composition of the step (a) is applied to a steel-cement structure. The concrete composition is for obtaining the initial strength to realize ession strength equal to or greater than 10 MPa in six hours without performing a steam curing process in the step (c). The concrete composition includes 5-8 parts by weight of a curing accelerator with respect to 100 parts by weight of crude cement.
