<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding structure between members, which ensures a mounting strength without deteriorating the work efficiency of positioning, and effectively using a space near the positioned member. <P>SOLUTION: While a bonding agent 5 is filled between a body panel 2 having a positioning hole 24 and a window glass 3 to which a positioning pin 4 is fixed, an insertion portion 42 of the positioning pin 4 is inserted in the positioning hole 24 from one face side to the other face side. The insertion portion 42 is provided with a projecting-height changing portion 45 shortening the projecting height of the insertion portion 42 or removing the insertion portion. The projecting-height changing portion 45 may be, for example, an easy-to-break portion formed in a circumferential direction of the insertion portion 42.
