<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type skin cosmetic having no stickiness during application, high moist feeling after application, and improved freeze restoration stability. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type skin cosmetic contains (A) 5-25 mass% hydrocarbon oil, (B) a water-swellable clay mineral, (C) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester and (D) 0.1-5 mass% oligosaccharide, wherein the mass ratio (B/C) of the content of the (B) component water-swellable clay mineral to the content of the (C) component polyglycerol fatty acid ester is 0.1-3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
