<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for consolidation-processed wood by which consolidation-processing can be performed even if there are knots, to provide a consolidation-processed wood having knots, and to provide a decorative sheet for which a decorative veneer is formed with the consolidation-processed wood. <P>SOLUTION: On the rear surface (wood rear side) of a product formed of cedar with a thickness of 9 mm which has a knot k on the wood front side, a recess 2 with a depth of 3 mm which is a size larger than the knot k is formed in a manner to flatly surround the knot k. Then, the product formed of cedar is placed in a sealed hot plate heater, and is heat-pressed for 10 minutes at a hot plate temperature of 200°C, and a pressurizing pressure of 30 kgf/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>so that the thickness may become 3 mm. Then, hot plate cooling is performed by making a cooling water pass through the hot plate, and the consolidation-processed wood is taken out when the hot plate temperature has become 80°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
