<p>The present invention relates to a dressing material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the material is made of a polyester material, has a double raschel knitting shape formed in a multi-layered structure, protects a wound area, and helps to heal the same. According to the present invention, a multi-layered polyester dressing material has excellent moisture permeability and absorbability, thereby sufficiently absorbing an exudate of a decubitus ulcer and removing the same from the wound. In addition, the multi-layered polyester dressing material has excellent cushion property and pressure dispersibility, which are characteristics of a double raschel knit, thereby alleviating an external stimulus. Moreover, the multi-layered polyester dressing material maintains an anti-bacterial activity by an inorganic antibacterial agent which is uniformly distributed inside the polyester yarn, thereby preventing a bacteria invasion from the outside.</p> |
