PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device, a circuit board and an electronic apparatus which can detect a chopping current with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A circuit device 200 comprises: a bridge circuit 210 including transistors Q1, Q2 on a high side and transistors Q3, Q4 on a low side; a first terminal SN1 for connecting a current Id passing through the bridge circuit 210 to one end of a sense resistor 290; a second terminal SN2 for connecting the current Id to the other end of the sense resistor 290; and a third terminal RNF connected on a source side of the transistors Q3, Q4 on the low side. |
