<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package capable of increasing the degree of vacuum therein.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes: a cover having a first opening; a lens which is provided so as to cover the first opening; and a base plate on which the cover is mounted. At least one of the cover and the lens formed with a second opening and the second opening is sealed by a film. The film is preferably an optical filter. The electronic device increases the degree of vacuum in the package.</p> |
