<p>The present invention describes a method and device based on hardware and software that allows: entering, processing, storing, recovering, controlling and transmitting data by means of a computer. The method and device are complements of the computer system applications: MX/a/2013/011807 of Mejía and Sánchez and MX/a/2014/001033 of Mejía referring to the information processing for the determination of the marketing strategies and risk management by means of the method for the development of innovation of products and services based on value (DIPSV). The Marketing specialists (MS) -Product developing engineers (PDI) -Senior Management (SM) ponder the previous quantitative-qualitative information over attributes and characteristics of the target product-service to innovate (TPStI), in a predetermined design, considering: 1. the situational analysis, with the matrixes: market attractiveness (MAM), internal factors evaluation (IFE), external factors evaluation (EFE), internal-external fac tors evaluation (IE), competitive profile (CPM). 2. Combinations of attributes and characteristics that describe: strengths-opportunities (MAXI-MAXI); strengths-threats (MAXI-MINI); weaknesses-opportunities (MINI-MAXI); weaknesses-threats (MINI-MINI). Producing: 3. the matrix for defining the marketing strategies and tactics: offensive, immediate, adaptive and defensive (MDMST). 4. Priority of execution, capacity of reaction, probability of occurrence, impact, index, zone of vulnerability and risk in the decision making for introducing the TPStI, using the matrix for quantifying the strategic planning of the marketing, technology and risk (MQSPMTR).</p> |
