<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dry solid of anion-modified CNFs by drying a dispersion of anion-modified CNFs which are stably dispersed, which has characteristics (redispersibility) that, when redispersed in water, physical properties of the anion-modified CNF dispersion such as viscosity and transparency show little change compared to the anion-modified CNF dispersion before drying.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a dry solid of anion-modified cellulose nanofibers, comprising adjusting pH of an aqueous dispersion of the anion-modified cellulose nanofibers to 9 to 11 and, thereafter, dewatering and drying the same.</p> |
