摘要 The present invention relates to an organic photosensitive drum for electrophotography and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method uses a coating apparatus. The coating apparatus includes: a convey tray which is loaded by inserting a hollow cylinder to one or more jigs vertically arranged on a plate pallet; and a grip assembly having one or more grip tools arranged on top of the convey tray. The manufacturing method is used as a process of gripping the hollow cylinder with the grip tool and immersing hollow cylinder in the liquid photosensitive materials. The process of gripping the hollow cylinder includes the steps of: (a) inserting the entire grip tool or a part thereof into the hollow cylinder; (b) aligning the lower end of the grip tool and the lower end of the hollow cylinder; and (c) gripping the hollow cylinder with the grip tool. The organic photosensitive drum for electrophotography has one or more photosensitive material layers on formed on the hollow cylinder. At least one of the photosensitive material layers is prepared as a photoresist liquid including a single or mixed solvent having the relative evaporation speed in the range of 1.9-5 with respect to ether, and is coated on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder. The method can prevent the high-price photosensitive liquid from being wasted by suppressing the photosensitive materials from being coated onto the inner walls of the photosensitive drum cylinder and significantly decrease the risk of photosensitive stream being discharged, thereby improving the deposition quality.
