<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device of a tow car which facilitates coupling of the tow car to a transported vehicle and enables its posture to easily return to a posture before the coupling when releasing the coupling thereby simplifying work for coupling and releasing the coupling.SOLUTION: A coupling device 1 for coupling a coupling ring R of a tow car is provided with: an insertion part S into which the connection ring R may be inserted; a swing frame body 12 which is disposed around the insertion part S and may swing around a swing shaft 15; and a coupling pin 21 which is supported by a pin receiving member 13 of the swing frame body 12 and may slide in a vertical direction. When the coupling ring R is inserted into the insertion part S, the pin receiving member 13 swings and the coupling pin 21 is dropped by its self-weight to automatically connect the connection ring R.</p> |
