PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which makes it possible to confirm that an information medium has really been distributed.SOLUTION: A method for distributing information media performs the following steps: a step that a distributor 2 identifies a distribution route in a distribution district and examines a time of distribution of information media; a step that the distributor 2 has a distribution person 3 carry a portable terminal which can record a distribution start time of day and a distribution completion time of day and distribute the information media while recording the distribution start time of day and distribution completion time of day along the identified distribution route; a step creating a written report which has written the distribution time the distributor 2 has examined and a real distribution time calculated from the distribution start time of day and distribution completion time of day of the portable terminal; and a step that the distributor 2 submits the written report to a distribution client 1. |
