Disclosed is an X-ray paradoxical pulse bi-planar synchronous real-time imaging device and imaging method, wherein the device comprises a second C-shaped arm (2) and a first C-shaped arm (1) slidably disposed on the second C-shaped arm (2), wherein a first X-ray generating device (3) and a first video receiving device (4) are mounted on the first C-shaped arm (1), and a second X-ray generating device (5) and a second video receiving device (6) are mounted on the second C-shaped arm (6). An imaging control device (7) controls a first X-ray pulse and a second X-ray pulse to not interfere with each other or to have a low degree of interference, realizing that the first imaging device and the second imaging device can act synchronously and generate real-time X-ray images, and furthermore, the imaging control device (7) acts synchronously via the processing of the X-ray images, and displays the real-time X-ray images.
