The technical objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for attaching/detaching an insert to/from a cutting tool, which can easily and rapidly replace an insert. To this end, the apparatus for attaching/detaching an insert to/from a cutting tool, according to the present invention, which is provided in a cutting tool body, comprises: an insert receiving part formed in the cutting tool body to receive an insert; a wedge receiving part formed in succession to the insert receiving part in the cutting tool body; a wedge received in the wedge receiving part; and a rotation unit for rotating the wedge in a first direction toward the insert receiving part or in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
