摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control apparatus for an electric vehicle, the apparatus capable of preventing a torque shock when switching between a switch-back state and a normal state, while preventing over-charging of a battery.SOLUTION: A brake control apparatus includes: frictional brake means (5, 21); a motor-generator 2 for generating drive force (Td) on a wheel 4 and regenerative brake force (Tr) thereon; and brake-drive force control means (8, 20) for controlling frictional brake force (Tb) of the frictional brake means (5, 21) and the drive force (Td) and regenerative brake force (Tr) of the motor-generator 2. Further, in a switch-back state where a progress direction of a shift position SP is different from that of an electric vehicle (1), the brake-drive force control means (8, 20) controls allocation of the frictional brake force (Tb) and regenerative brake force (Tr) on the basis of a charge amount (SOC) of a battery 7 and a vehicular speed Vs.
