PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating greenhouse effect gas emission rights based on the integration of production activities of agriculture, forestry and fisheries and the preservation of the production areas.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for creating greenhouse effect gas emission rights based on the integration of production activities by workers engaging in agriculture, forestry and fisheries and the preservation of their production areas and the surrounding ones. The method comprises the steps of: calculating an expected carbon accumulation in the production areas in the absence of the production and preservation activities; calculating carbon accumulation in the production areas and the surrounding ones after the production and preservation activities; calculating greenhouse effect gas emission reductions by subtracting the expected carbon accumulation from the actual carbon accumulation; granting greenhouse effect gas emission rights to the greenhouse effect gas emission reductions; and adding value to products produced through the production activities by associating the products with the certification of the greenhouse effect gas emission rights. |
