<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to grasp performance in advance when a program executed on a server device is transferred to another environment.SOLUTION: An estimation device includes: performance measurement means for measuring performance of a virtual server device executed by a first server device; profiling means for executing a user program on a second server device to measure profile data of the user program; and processing time estimation means for calculating an estimated processing time when the user program is executed by a virtual server device from results of performance measurement and the profile data.</p>
