<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the work for confirming as to whether or not each slot is filled with a resin material up to the end thereof in the flowing direction of the resin material, when positioning and fixing a permanent magnet in the form of a so-called resin mold. <P>SOLUTION: After magnets 4 are inserted into slots 3 formed in a rotor core 2, the magnets 4 are positioned and fixed in place by filling the slots 3 with a resin material. After resin pellets Pe are placed in pots 9 and plasticized, the slots 3 are filled with the resin material 5 from gates 10 by means of plungers 11 each driven by an actuator 12. A pressure sensor 13 is disposed to face the end of each slot 3, and the peak value within a predetermined time after starting the resin filling is captured and used for determining propriety thereof and adjustment of output from each plunger 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
