PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure handling system for, when a failure occurs in equipment, enabling a developer himself or herself to achieve the separation of development from an operation, and to remotely handle the failure.SOLUTION: An equipment system side and a development system side are connected to an operation management system side having a workaround (W/A) function capable of facilitating emergency measures when a failure occurs in equipment. The operation management system side includes an external terminal for, when it is not possible to handle the failure by the W/A function at the operation management system side, requesting escalation measures to the development system side, and for reflecting support information from the development system side via the operation management system to the equipment system side. |
