<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably wind a wire at a desired winding width at a desired position of a wound member, and sufficiently improve its winding speed. <P>SOLUTION: A core coil manufacturing method includes:a first winding step of rotating a first winding jig 13 supporting one end of a wound member 12 together with the wound member 12, winding a wire 46 around one end of the wound member 12, and forming a bank coil 62a on one end of the wound member 12; s support shaft change step of supporting the other end of the wound member 12 with a second winding jig 41, and cancelling the support of one end of the wound member 12 with the first winding jig 13; and a second winding step of rotating the second winding jig 41 supporting the other end of the wound member 12 together with the wound member 12, and winding the wire 46 around the wound member 12 between the second winding jig 41 and the bank coil 62a.
