<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-TRPV2 (transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V, member 2) antibody having a function of specifically inhibiting TRPV2 activity and a TRPV2 inhibitor containing the anti-TRPV2 antibody as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-TRPV2 antibody is prepared by using an extracellular domain of TRPV2 or a cell expressing TRPV2 as an antigen and has a function of recognizing an extracellular domain of TRPV2 and specifically inhibiting TRPV2 activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
