PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which includes an impurity layer having an improved structure and achieves improved efficiency.SOLUTION: A solar battery 100 includes: a first conductive type semiconductor substrate 10; an emitter layer 20 which is formed on one surface of the semiconductor substrate 10 and has a second conductive type opposite to the first conductive type; and electrodes including a first electrode 24 electrically connected with the emitter layer 20 and a second electrode 34 electrically connected with the semiconductor substrate 10. The emitter layer 20 includes: a high concentration doping part 220 which is formed located adjacent to the first electrode 24; and a low concentration doping part 210 which is formed at an area other than the high concentration doping part 220 and has resistance larger than that of the high concentration doping part 220. The high concentration doping part 220 includes a first region 222 having first resistance and a second region 224 having second resistance larger than the first resistance. |
