<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variability of fixing performance or wrinkles on a recording sheet due to variability of pressing force in a fixing nip, while reducing first-print time by using a thin fixing belt 121 as a fixing member.SOLUTION: A magnet 129 formed of a magnet is used an inner member arranged inside a pressure roller 122. A holding member 124 is formed of a magnetic material. A pressing force is generated between the magnet 129 and the holding body 124 by magnetic attraction to be applied between the holding body 124 and the magnet 129 due to the magnetic force of the magnet 129, to form a fixing nip.</p> |
