摘要 An automated headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of four N-nitrosoamines in groundwater samples is developed. Response surface methodology technique was employed to investigate the optimized extraction conditions of headspace solid-phase microextraction using CombiPAL autosampler. The method was applied to determine the N-nitrosamine concentrations in groundwater samples.
