<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which can prevent packet from being lost in handover between different wireless communication systems. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless communication unit 3 can communicate by both CDMA system and LTE system. A handover control unit 4 controls handover between the CDMA system and the LTE system. A TCP communication control unit 5 returns an ACK response when data is normally received from a communication partner's device. When execution of handover from the CDMA system to the LTE system is determined, the TCP communication control unit 5 temporarily stops transmission of the ACK response until the handover terminates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
