Disclosed are a medical device gateway supporting dynamic connectivity and a driving method thereof. The medical device gateway supporting the dynamic connectivity comprises: a plurality of ports; a data reading unit receiving medical data from the medical device connected to the ports at a plurality of data setup speeds; a data analysis unit analyzing the medical data received by the data reading unit and comparing the received data with prestored metadata; a medical device specifying unit specifying the medical device matched with the medical data according to the comparison result of the data analysis unit; and a control unit actuating a driver of the medical device specified by the medical device specifying unit.
