According to the present invention, a gyro sensor operating device includes a gyro sensor; an analogue circuit part detecting a phase value or amplitude value of operation mass resonance from first and second operation displacement signals outputted from the gyro sensor, and correcting a DC offset in a process of detecting the phase value or amplitude value through filtering; a signal converting part converting the phase value or amplitude value into a digital value; and a digital automatic gain control part selectively calculating a control gain of a phase or amplitude of the operation mass resonance in order to allow the phase value or amplitude value, inputted by the signal converting part, to reach a preset target value, and feeding back the control gain to the analogue circuit part.
