1. A rupturable cover sheet for a blister package, the rupturable cover sheet comprising:
a top outer layer having a first laser score; a bottom outer layer having a second laser score that is narrower than the first laser score; and at least one non-laser scored intermediate layer disposed between the top and bottom outer layers, wherein the first and second laser scores are vertically aligned with each other, wherein the first laser score extends completely through the top outer layer and the second laser score extends completely through the bottom outer layer, and wherein the at least one non-laser scored intermediate layer is made from a different material than a material of the top outer layer and a material of the bottom outer layer.
