METHOD OF PREPARING ERIOBOTRYA JAPONICA TEA BEVERAGE

The present invention relates to a method for producing an Eriobotrya japonica tea beverage. The method comprises: an Eriobotrya japonica and medicinal herb mixture producing step of producing an Eriobotrya japonica and medicinal herb mixture; an extract liquid producing step; a honey adding step; a filtering step; and a sterilizing step. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing an Eriobotrya japonica tea beverage, wherein the method comprises: a step of producing an Eriobotrya japonica and medicinal herb mixture by mixing Eriobotrya japonica leaves, fritillaria, balloon flowers, peppermint leaves, and apricot stones; an extract liquid producing step of producing an extract liquid by adding water in the Eriobotrya japonica and medicinal herb mixture and extracting the same at a high temperature of 270 to 330°C; a honey adding step of producing an extract liquid having honey added therein by adding honey to the extract liquid; a filtering step of filtering the extract liquid having honey added therein by using filtering paper of 20 to 40μm; and sterilizing the same at 90 to 100°C for 2 to 4 minutes.
