The present invention relates to a rotation device for agitating an inner part of an egg, wherein the white and the yolk of an egg are agitated using a centrifugal force. The rotation device comprises: a control box formed in a region adjacent to a motor driving unit (30) from among both sides of a rotation jig array (50) so as to control forward (counterclockwise) or backward (clockwise) rotation with respect to the motor driving unit (30); a rotation jig array (50) having an opening and closing end (51) having one end rotated through a hinge formed on an outer circumferential surface of a jig array frame (Za.f) and the other end fixed by an external fixing end (52), so as to insert at least one rotation jig (50u) disposed in the jig array frame (Za.f) and discharge the same therefrom; and a power transmitting unit (40) for providing a driving force of the motor driving unit (30) according to the controlling of a control box (20) as a centrifugal force with respect to the jig array frame (Za.f). To this end, each of eggs is concavely inserted in an egg shape of each rotation jig by means of the controlling of the control box on the rotation of a driving motor unit and the structures of a jig array and a power transmitting unit. The white and the yolk of each of the eggs are mixed therein by means of a centrifugal force generated according to the forward rotation and backward rotation of the driving motor unit. |
