FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular, to benches for testing of threaded connections, and may be used to investigate wear of oil pipe threaded connections when screwed-unscrewed in corrosion environment. The bench comprises a bed plate, a centralizer connected to it, a drive with a carrier rotator for screwing of a threaded connection with the set torque and its unscrewing, a pressing device with sector wedges. The pressing device is equipped with a mechanism of wedge opening, is placed in the centralizer and holds the coupling against rotation. A tubular spanner is equipped with a recorder of threaded connection opening torque. A nipple is equipped with a detachable cover with fixators against slipping, a central rectangular hole with rounded short sides, is pressed with a tubular spanner for rotation of the nipple, is equipped with a force spring with a tightening nut. The spring and the nut are installed on the upper end of the central rod, besides, the upper end of the rod is made with a double-sided flat for passage via the central hole of the cover, and the lower one is threaded and freely screwed into a bottom plug of the container. The container is connected to the lower thread of the coupling, forms a closed inner volume and is filled with aggressive corrosion or other liquid medium.EFFECT: possibility to test samples of pipe threaded connections in corrosion environment with development of axial load at thread.2 dwg |
