The method involves milk treatment and its simultaneous storage in the magnetic field by way of putting a 50 cmor 100 cmvessel filled with milk onto magnetic plates surface, milk layer thickness being 5-6 cm; impact is performed by means of S.V. Koltsov's Human Functional State Corrector No 1, No 6 or No 8 at a temperature of 14±2°C with acidity preservation within the preset ranges (16-21°T).EFFECT: invention allows to prolong milk storage life to 30-47 hours with preservation of maximum acidity index without other quality indices changing.2 tbl, 2 ex |
