FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: blanks of shell and filler are assembled in package using diffusion welding and superplastic forming. Preliminary the protective coating is applied to sections of the contacting surface of the blanks of shells and filler according to the specified template drawing. In the shell blanks groove is made, and in filler blank - slot for pipe installation. Package is sealed along edges, excluding place of the pipe installation. Pipe is installed with its connection with collector zone, and oxygen and binding agent of the protective coating are removed from cavities of the package. Package is completely sealed, heated, and diffusion welding of the blanks is performed along input, output and peripheral edges. The entire structural blank is provided with aerofoil profile, overplastic shaping is performed by supply in cavities between the blanks of shell and filler of the work medium using the pipe. The collector zone is arranged from the package side corresponding to the appropriate peripheral edge of the blade. For the pipe installation the groove in the shell blanks, and the slot in filler blanks are made at distance from the external border of the input or output edge below L/3, where L is length of blade chord along the peripheral edge.EFFECT: exclusion of the possibility of defects during blades manufacturing without worsening of the blade operation properties, and without increased labour intensity of its manufacturing.3 cl, 4 dwg |
