<p>Disclosed are a method, device and system for realizing state subscription. The method comprises: receiving, by a state server, a subscription message which is sent by a communication terminal and is used for subscribing the state of a subscribed entity, the subscription message comprising a bypass field, and an IP address in the bypass field being an IP address of the communication terminal; and sending to the communication terminal, by the state server, a notification message comprising the state of the subscribed entity via the IP address in the bypass field, wherein a destination IP address of the notification message is the IP address in the bypass field. By means of the method, the notification message which is sent to the communication terminal by the state server is directly sent to the communication terminal, and the notification message bypasses an MGC registered by the communication terminal and an SBC to which the communication terminal belongs, thereby solving the problem in the prior art of relatively large pressure on the performance of the MGC and the SBC caused by sending a notification message hop by hop along a transmission path of a subscription message.</p> |
