The present invention can provide a screw having an insulating function. With respect to a resin composition and a thermosetting resin having an unsaturated maleimide group prepared by reacting a maleimide compound and an amine compound, by using a certain denatured imidazole compound, very good resin curing or storage stability can be secured, so that the occurrence of short circuits can be prevented when the screw is used to connect electronic components such as PCB substrates, and the screw has an insulating function against the transfer of electrical power signals when used as a free fastening element. |
