The present invention relates to a polyimide precursor for a capacitive humidity sensor and, more specifically, to a polyimide precursor for a capacitive humidity sensor which is manufactured by adding dianhydride and diamine to solvent and polymerizing the same, is annealed, and is applied to a moisture detection film of the humidity sensor in order to improve sensitivity to changes in humidity of the humidity sensor.
