The present invention relates to a method for preparing instant rice coated with green tea, wherein the method comprises the steps of: preparing a main ingredient and auxiliary ingredients; stirring rice which is a main ingredient in green tea to coat the rice with the green tea; sterilizing and cooking the coated rice; vacuum packaging the rice. According to the present invention, the instant rice coated with green tea is provided to diversify instant rice of which demand is currently being increased, thereby increasing consumption of rice, and to give various options to a consumer by using green tea, which is functional. |
