PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed amount delivery port device and a fixed amount discharge container capable of suppressing a manufacturing cost low and capable of discharging particulate matter with less labor.SOLUTION: A fixed amount delivery port device 10 for quantitatively delivering particulate matter includes a cylindrical wall part of which one edge part in the axial center X direction is opened as a delivery port 21 and a plurality of shielding plates 23 which are projected with such an attitude as to be inclined from an inner wall surface of the cylindrical wall part. Therein, the shielding plates 23 adjacent to each other are arranged with such an attitude as to be inclined to a direction of the side opposite to the delivery port 21 from surfaces facing each other on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical wall part and positions of at least tip parts between the shielding plates 23 are differentiated with respect to the axial center X direction of the cylindrical wall part. |
