PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a high resolution image by using a single imaging device.SOLUTION: An imaging device is used for an image acquisition device including an illumination system, a holding device for detachably holding the imaging device and an imaging processing section. The imaging device is detachable from the image acquisition device and includes a subject supporting section on an imaging face. The imaging device is arranged in a position on which illumination light passing through the subject is made incident in a state of being held to the image acquisition device by the holding device and acquires a plurality of different images in accordance with a different radiation direction. The image processing section of the image acquisition device synthesizes the plurality of images acquired by the imaging device and forms a high resolution image with higher resolution than the plurality of images. |
