PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo drive circuit and a drive signal generating circuit, and a piezo drive device and method using the same.SOLUTION: A piezo drive device may include: a control unit which receives input of waveform information including information on an output waveform and outputs a digital value for generating the output waveform; a sampling clock generation unit which generates a variable sampling clock using the output waveform; and a digital analog conversion unit which outputs an analog value corresponding to the digital value in accordance with the variable sampling clock.
