PURPOSE:To perform easily and inexpensively the control for space stabilization by feeding back the rotation signal of a motor and the signal of a rate gyro after filtering them. CONSTITUTION:If a vehicle 1 is rocked, a rate gyro 3 attached to a television camera 2 detects an angular velocity of shake to the space of inertia and feeds back it to a subtractor 4, and this detected angular velocity is compared with a velocity command R to control a motor 6. In this case, a tachogenerator 8 which detects the rotative velocity of the motor 6, a high-pass filter 9 through which only high frequency components of the output signal of the tachogenerator 8 pass and are fed back, and a low-pass filter 10 through which only low frequency components of the output signal of the rate gyro 3 pass are added. Thus, the mechanical resonance due to a driving mechanism 7 is attenuated by the low- pass filter 10 after passing the rate gyro 3 and are compensated by the signal from the tachogenerator 8, and the device is operated stably.
