PURPOSE: A roasting pan made from stone with oil draining grooves, a method and a device for forming oil draining grooves on the roasting pan are provided to easily discharge oil or moisture without inclining a roasting pan by forming an inclined unit by forming oil draining grooves in different depths. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming oil draining grooves on a roasting pan made from stone comprises a processing unit(10), one or more guide members(50), and a upper-plate moving unit(60). Two or more groove forming rotary blades(16) of the processing unit are combined with the horizontal rotation shaft(14) at predetermined intervals. The groove forming rotary blades are simultaneously rotated. In order that a upper plate(30) moves only in the direction of matching with the rotation direction of the groove forming blade, the upper-plate moving unit selectively transfers the upper plate. |
