A compound selected from the group consisting of an isoquinoline-5-carboxamide derivative of formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an isomer, a hydrate and a solvate thereof: wherein, A is C6-10 aryl or C5-10 heteroaryl; B is C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, C6-10 aryl or C5-10 heteroaryl; X is —NH—, —C(O)NH—, —NHC(O)—, —NHC(O)NH—, —C(S)NH—, —NHC(S)—, —NHC(S)NH—, —NHSO2— or —SO2NH—; Y is hydrogen, C1-3 alkyl or NR3R4, wherein said R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl or —(CH2)q—Z—, wherein said Z is NR5R6, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, C6-10 aryl or C5-10 heteroaryl, wherein said R5 and R6 are each independently hydrogen, —NH2, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-6 cycloalkyl or C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, said alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl being unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogen atoms, q is an integer ranging from 0 to 3; R1 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-3 alkyl or C1-3 alkoxy, wherein said alkyl or alkoxy is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogen atoms; R2 is hydrogen, halogen, —CF3, —NO2, —OH, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkyl, C24 alkenyl, C24 alkynyl, —NR7R8, —NHSO2R9, —SO2R10, —C(O)R11, —NHC(O)R12, —NHC(O)OR13, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, C6-10 aryl, C6-10 aryloxy, C5-10 heteroaryl or C5-10 heteroaryloxy, wherein said R2 is connected to B by —(CH2)p— or may be substituted with halogen, cyano, C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, wherein said R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12 and R13 are each independently hydrogen, —NH2, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C3-6 cycloalkyl or C3-6 heterocycloalkyl, said alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl being unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogen atoms, and p is 1 or 2; m is an integer ranging from 0 to 5; and n is an integer ranging from 0 to 2. |
