The present invention relates to an image display panel and an image display device using the same, capable of reducing a bezel area and an image non-display region by improving a pattern structure of control signal link lines and data link lines formed on the image non-display region in a chip on glass structure. The present invention includes an image display panel which includes the image non-display region on which a plurality of driving integrated circuits are attached with a chip on glass method, and a flexible printed circuit board which is connected to a pad part of the image display panel and transmits image data and control signals to each driving integrated circuit. On the image display panel, a region between the image display region and each driving integrated circuit of the image non-display region is divided into a link region. A plurality of data line link regions on which the data link lines are formed, and a control line link region, which is located between the data line link regions and includes the control signal link lines, are formed on the link region. |
