<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a polymer derived from poly(2-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) having cationic functional groups and anionic functional groups simply in a small number of steps.SOLUTION: A production method of a temperature-responsive polymer includes: a preparation step of preparing a mixture containing 2-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA); and an irradiation step of irradiating the mixture with ultraviolet light. In the preparation step, the mixture further contains a polymerization inhibitor and water. In the irradiation step, ultraviolet light is irradiated under an inert atmosphere.</p> |
