<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work simulation device and a work experience method which review work on a work target vehicle and also can perform training on the work by simulated experience. <P>SOLUTION: A work simulation device 1A includes a pseudo vehicle body 10A formed by a fixed frame 2c and a movable frame 3 which is slidably connected to the fixed frame 2c. The pseudo vehicle body 10A has a shape imitating a body of a work target vehicle.
