The present invention relates to a method for controlling a pressure difference between an anode and a cathode of a fuel cell, which comprises the steps of: comparing an anode target pressure value in a fuel cell vehicle with a predetermined first pressure value; measuring a pressure value of the anode and the anode target pressure value in a fuel cell vehicle when the anode target pressure value is greater than the predetermined first pressure value; comparing a difference between the pressure value of the anode and the anode target pressure value with a predetermined second pressure value; and controlling hydrogen pressure of the fuel cell vehicle to be reduced when the difference between the pressure value of the anode and the anode target pressure value is greater than the predetermined second pressure value.
