Disclosed is a flexible roll forming a unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible roll forming unit includes a base placed to have bilateral symmetry to a central line of a process direction and having a rail formed on both upper sides in a process width direction in order to form a material, placed with at least three steps in a process direction, into a forming beam having different sections having different lengths and widths; a forward and backward movement unit in which each slide plate is slid along the rail on the base in the process width direction by the operation of a forward and backward movement cylinder; a turning unit in which a turn table, installed on the slide plate to be rotated through a bearing, is rotated at a predetermined angle by the operation of a turning motor; and a roll forming unit in which upper and lower forming rolls installed in a roll housing on the turn table are rotated by the operation of each roll motor while forming the material by changing an angle against the process direction and the process width direction position through the turning unit and the forward and backward movement unit.
