The patent specification relates to an organic light emitting display device and, more specifically, to: an organic light emitting display device which easily warps and includes a multi-functional layer which is transparent, easily warps, functions as an electrode and a gas/moisture barrier layer; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate; an organic light emitting element formed on the substrate; and a hybrid-graphene layer to be electrically connected to the organic light emitting element and suppress the penetration of gas/moisture of the organic light emitting element. The hybrid- graphene layer comprises: a carbon based first filler having a two-dimensional plane shape; and a metal based second filler having a three-dimensional shape. The second filler of a first area of the hybrid-graphene layer is oxidized and the second filler of a second area of the hybrid-graphene layer is not oxidized.
